Part of Reach - one church in many places

Intro to Missional Communities

Michael Lyden introduces Missional Communities.

Our primary place of belonging within Reach Nottingham is in Missional Communities.

These are extended family size groups of people who are on mission together to a particular geographical area or network of people within the city.

Within such communities we do life together, grow in relationship with God, and reach out to share the good news of a life of transformation with Jesus.

Each community will have its own particular rhythm of activities as it will be shaped around it’s missional focus.

See brief details of our Missional Communities below

Crux Missional Community serves the creative community in and around Long Eaton, helping people experience the love of Jesus!

Eastwood Missional Community supports its local community in Eastwood; serving the elderly, the marginalised and caring for others that society can often overlook.

Oaks Missional Community is located in Beeston and seeks to help those in the NG9 area find out about Jesus and grow strong in Him.

Waterside Missional Community is focussed on the areas from Beeston Marina through to Chilwell Meadows. We are a building family and community, making disciples of Jesus and encountering the Holy Spirit.

Youth Community gathers the youth from across Reach Nottingham, providing a space to grow in God together and for their friends to come and find faith.
